Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the bread.
  3. Rub the cut garlic and place in a heated dry cast iron grill pan on the stove top.
  4. Cook until heated, about 2 minutes.
  5. Flip and toast the other side, about 1 minute more.
  6. Slather the bread with leftover cranberry sauce, top with crumbled blue cheese.
  7. Place in the oven until cheese melts & serve.
