Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  2. Add the pork chops and cook for 10 min, turning once or until it is no longer pink in the center.
  3. Remove to a plate and cover with foil while you prepare the sauce.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the jalapeno peppers and garlic to the skillet. If you need to add a little more oil to the skillet, do so now.
  5. Cook for 1-2 min or until softened, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in the fish sauce and sugar.
  7. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
  8. Pour the sauce over the pork chops and sprinkle with the chopped cilantro and peanuts.
