Thai Ginger Paprika Pork Steaks

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle pork steaks with lime juice on both sides.
  2. Mix paprika, ginger, lime zest, salt & pepper and rub into both sides of pork steak. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  3. Grill pork steaks on medium high heat until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. or until barely pink in the middle.
