Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. .Brown ground beef and sausage, drain fat and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon, drain fat and set aside.
  3. Use a dutch oven or large stew pot and add stock,tomatoes,green chilies and spices. bring to a boil.
  4. Chop peppers and onion, add to the pot, return to boil.
  5. Add beef,sausage and bacon to the pot, return to boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer until the mixture thickens to your liking.
