Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat; add onion cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and water; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Stir in peppers, salt, chili powder, oregano and cumin.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt and milk; beat until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle with cornmeal; spoon meat mixture evenly over top.
  5. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and cheese.
  7. Top each serving with sour cream, if desired.
