  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeño; sauté 2 minutes or until soft. Add sugar and next 5 ingredients (through turkey); cook 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in salsa; cook 4 minutes or until slightly thick. Stir in cilantro. Spread about 3/4 cup turkey mixture on bottom half of each roll; cover with top half of each roll.
