Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp msg
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup ice water
  • several ice cubes
  • yellow food coloring(optional)

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda,MSG, sugar and salt. mix egg with ice water (and food coloring). Add flour mixture and stir only till mixed. should be like muffin batter. Float several ice cubes in batter. Dip food to be cooked and proceed.
