Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp green tea
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk

Directions:

  1. Heat water, sugar and green tea. Bring to boiling point and then add milk. Then again bring to boiling point. Serve hot.
