Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Rub both sides of each lamb chop with garlic. Place chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine mustard, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; spoon half of mustard mixture evenly over lamb. Broil 9 minutes. Turn; spoon remaining mustard over lamb. Sprinkle with paprika; broil 9 minutes.
