Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Arrange sweet potatoes and lemon slices in a 13x9” baking dish coated with Pam.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Drizzle sugar mixture over potatoes; cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
  6. Uncover, stir well, and bake an additional 30 minutes.
