Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can hominy
  • 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans
  • 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 (10 oz) can rotel
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 -2 cup water or 1 -2 cup v 8 vegetable juice

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with onions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 1-2 hours.
  5. Serve with grated cheese and chips.
