Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread cream cheese over the bottom of an 8x8 pyrex dish. (If you're doubling the recipe use two of these or combine into a 9x13 pyrex dish.)
  2. Brown the lean ground turkey, add 1/2 a package Old El Paso Taco seasoning and stir until well mixed. Add 12 oz. Pace Chunky salsa and stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the meat/salsa mixture over the cream cheese. Top this with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until you can see the sides bubbling.
  5. Serve with whatever variety of tostidos you enjoy the most (some guacamole on the side is a great addition, too!).
