Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat; drain.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer 5-10 minutes.
  4. Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns.
  5. Spoon beef mixture onto lettuce, sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Top with remaining bun halves.
