Swiss Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz pk swiss cheese . cut into strips
  • 1 3/4 cup ginger ale
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • dash salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • dash of nutmeg
  • french bread - cut into pieces

Directions:

  1. Toss cheese and flour together.
  2. Rub fondue cooker with a clove of garlic.
  3. Pour in ginger ale. heat until bubbles rise to the surface (never let boil)
  4. Add cheese, 1/2 cup at a time
  5. Stir constantly until cheese melts.
  6. Continue adding cheese.
  7. Stir in spices.
  8. Serve with the french bread
