Swiss Asparagus Au Gratin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Bring water to boil; add asparagus.
  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes and drain. (Asparagus will still be crisp.)
  4. Toss in Dijon mustard.
  5. Place in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
  6. Mix together cheese, bread crumbs, margarine, add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Reserve 1/4 cup mixture for topping.
  8. Toss with asparagus.
  9. Top with remaining 1/4 cup bread crumb mixture.
  10. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese mixture is lightly browned.
