Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In slow cooker, add water and oxtails,simmer until meat is tender.
  2. In a large pan, add oil then saute onion and garlic.
  3. Combine all other ingredients except the oxtails.
  4. Mix well and then add the oxtails.
  5. Cook with low heat, stirring occasionally.
  6. Simmer until thick.
