Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of cumin
  • 4 tbsp of grated cheddar
  • 7 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 1 tbsp of corriander

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200¤c
  2. Peel and wash the sweet potatoes
  3. Chop the potatoes into wedges
  4. Finely chop the onion and garlic
  5. Put 4 tbsp of olive oil into a bowl
  6. Put the wedges into the bowl and coat with the oil
  7. Add the cumin, oregano and corriander and coat wedges
  8. Add the onion and garlic and stir in
  9. In a baking dish put 3 tbsp of olive oil
  10. Add the wedges
  11. Sprinkle the cheese on top
  12. Cover with tin foil
  13. Bake for 40 minutes
  14. Remove tin foil and bake for a further 15 minutes
