Sweet Potato Pineapple Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Pour into a lightly greased 9 square baking dish.
  3. Combine topping ingredients.
  4. Pour over potato mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  6. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
