Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender
  3. Peel and mash potatoes
  4. Add egg yolks, salt, nutmeg, and brown sugar
  5. Beat mix until creamy, put into a pastry-lined 8 pie plate
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes; until crust browns.
