Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain can of chick peas and set aside liquid. In a food processor, blend the chick peas into a smooth paste adding portions of the remaining liquid as necessary.
  2. In a separate dish combine tahini sauce, applesauce and garlic. Add tahini mixture to paste and blend.
  3. While still blending, slowly add olive oil.
  4. Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste, pulse until thoroughly mixed.
