  4. Add roasted mashed sweet potato
  5. Mayo, jalapeno puree, and salt to taste
  6. Stir together
  7. Fit a small pastry bag with large star tip and pipe filling into
  8. Egg white halves
  9. Garnish chill
  10. Serve
