Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup frosted flakes

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Defrost the chicken breast and slice through the middle length ways and then into 4 pieces.
  3. Put Ranch Dressing in one small bowl. Put crunched Frosted Flakes and Parmesan cheese in another small bowl, mixed up.
  4. Dip the chicken in the ranch thoroughly and then coat in the Frosted Flakes/Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a flat cooking pan (making sure to spay the pan down) and cook for 45 minutes.
  6. Enjoy! We ate it with steamed rice, mixed veggies, and bread!
