Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Beat the egg whites& salt,until foamy throughout mixture.
  3. Beat in gradually,2 TB at a time,add sugar.
  4. Beat well after each addition,making sugar blend with whites.
  5. Beat in the corn syrup& extract.
  6. Add in the flakes and coconut.
  7. Drop mixture from tip of your spoon upon ungreased,heavy paper.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
