Sweet Coconut Curry Bread (Abm)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp dry milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
  2. Bake on regular cycle, rapid-bake cycle, or delayed cycle.
  3. Don't use sweet bread cycle.
