Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb collard greens - parboiled and drained well
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Put drained collards in saucepan and warm.
  2. Whisk together next 3 ingredients and pour over collards.
  3. Warm thoroughly and serve!
