Sweet and Spicy Carrot Bisque

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. -Saute onion in oil
  2. -Add Ginger, cook 1-2 min
  3. -Add curry powder, cayenne, and 1/4 c chicken broth.
  4. -Cook and stir until everything is well mixed
  5. -Add carrots, banana 1 tsp sale and 4 c. chicken broth.
  6. -Bring to a boil, then simmer for 25 minutes
  7. -Puree soup, then return to pot
  8. -Add coconut milk and lime juice
