Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan, stir sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Gradually stir in juice from pineapple chunks and chicken.
  3. Place over medium heat. Stir often for 3min.
  4. Add pineapple, green pepper, vinegar and soy sauce.
  5. Stir often until chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened, about 10min.
  6. Serve on brown rice.
