Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  3. In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan and egg substitute.
  4. Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on each pasta noodle, roll up.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce into bottom of baking dish
  6. Arrange pasta rolls, seam sides down in dish. Top with remaining sauce.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hot.
