  1. Get out your food processor and the blades for fine grating and fine slicing.
  2. Grate the carrots, set aside.
  3. Finely slice the radicchio, cabbages, fennel.
  4. Core, quarter, and finely slice the apple, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. Grind the celery seed to a powder.
  6. Combine all these in a large bowl (no, really, a LARGE one) .
  7. Distribute the salad dressing and mix in gently.
