Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning (or according to taste. i use tony cachere's)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or according to taste)
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 (5 oz) can solid white tuna (drained )
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together tuna, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, bread crumbs and mayo together. If you feel it is too wet add more bread crumbs. I you feel it is too dry add more mayo.
  2. Add oil to skillet and heat on medium high heat.
  3. Grab mixture and form into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Place them in hot skillet and cook for about 5-7 min on each side depending on how big you made them.
  5. Once browned and cooked through serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
