  2. Meanwhile, cook ground beef, bell pepper and onion in large skillet until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover.
  6. Simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  7. Split warm biscuits.
  8. Spoon beef mixture onto biscuits.
