Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350°.
  2. Mix sugar, eggs, extract and applesauce together then mix with the bananas.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and add to banana mixture.
  4. Grease and flour two 9x5x3 loaf pans and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until loafs test done.
