Ingredients:

  • 8 cups water
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 100 g veal
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 3/4 cup beans
  • 1 1/2 cup celery
  • 3 cups tomato
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup eggplant
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp cilantro

Directions:

  1. Add water to large pot
  2. Add all ingredients in
  3. Let boil for 30 minutes
