Ingredients:

  • 65 g macaroni
  • 60 g spaghetti
  • 300 ml milk
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Pasta.
  2. Place macaroni and spaghetti into a pot of lightly salted water and leave it to boil for around 10 to 20 minutes (until it softens).
  3. In a separate pot, pour milk, butter and flour and stir over a gentle heat until the butter melts.
  4. Stir in the 3 pieces of cheese. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it thicken whilst continuously stirring. Continue the process until a thick white creamy sauce is obtained.
  5. Slice and fry the garlic till golden brown.
  6. Slice mushrooms and cheese for garnishing.
  7. When the macaroni and pasta has cooked, drain it well. Place it onto a plate and pour over the cheese sauce. Cover the top with the mushrooms, cheese and garlic.
  8. Sandwiches.
  9. Spread margarine on the slices of bread.
  10. Scramble an egg.
  11. Sandwich the cheese and egg between the two slices of bread.
  12. Slice the sandwich into quarters.
  13. Serve on plate along with the pasta.
