Dump all ingredients in a large microwavable bowl and stir until blended. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until hot, checking every 30-60 seconds that it isn't scorching and stir. Cottage cheese should maintain curd-like as this texture is what makes it good!
Can be served warm or cold with corn chips or crackers.
*Note- I started out adding different amounts of each ingredient to the mixture between microwaving- add each ingredient to your own individual taste!
