  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9 by 5in loaf pan.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder and soda,and salt.
  4. Cream butter , raw sugar, honey, extracts, and zest.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Mix in dry ingredients until just moist, then gently fold in the raspberries and toasted almonds.
  7. Bake for 55-60 min, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 20 min, then tip bread on a wire rack or plate and cool thoroughly.
  9. Drizzle the top lightly with glaze.
