Ingredients:

  • 1 cup egg
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed for just a half minute, or until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a bowl or other container you can use in a steamer.
  2. Heat a steamer until the water in steamer is boiling. Set container on steamer basket which rests inside the steamer pan above the boiling water. Cover and steam for about 30 - 45 minutes until the custard is set.
  3. Remove from heat and serve warm.
