Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, buttermilk, thyme, garlic and half of the cream cheese in a food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Add remaining cream cheese and goat cheese and process until well blended.
  3. Cover and chill until ready to serve with crostini or assorted vegetables.
  4. Yield: 1 3/4 cups
