Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups speckled leaf lettuce
  • 2 cups torn merlot, red sails, or other red leaf lettuce
  • 2 cups torn frisee or bibb
  • 2 to 4 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients until blended.
  2. Arrange lettuces on a platter; top with orange sections. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
