Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sultana

Directions:

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey and sugar in big pot.
  2. Simmer over low heat till well melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Then add rice bubbles and sultanas.
  5. Ensure they are well coated with peanut butter mixture.
  6. Press firmly into greased 20cm square pan.
  7. Chill till firm then cut into squares.
