Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sieve flour, sugar, baking powder into a big bowl.
  2. Add vanilla essence and olive oil gradually.
  3. Mix well. Knead the dough a few times.
  4. A soft dough is formed.
  5. Roll into small balls ( use a teaspoon).
  6. Insert 1pc chocolate chip.
  7. Place into ungrease muffin cups.
  8. Bake 170 C or 350 F for 15-20min.
  9. Note: Don't grease the muffin cups. You will get burnt cookie bottoms.
  10. Some cookies might have a little crack on the surface.
