Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine dates, apple, raisins and water.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Combine flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
  5. Stir into apple mixture and mix well.
  6. Combine eggs and sweetener; add to batter and mix well.
  7. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
