Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook hamburger, sausage and liver until done.
  2. Grind celery, onions and the turkey giblets.
  3. Add to the cooked mixture and cook thoroughly. Cool.
  4. Take about 2 loaves of stuffing bread, wet it and crumble it into the meat mixture. Use any bread in any amount - it's up to you.
  5. Add poultry seasoning and mix well.
  6. Add chopped nuts and/or raisins if you'd like.
  7. Some of the stuffing goes inside the bird and there's usually too much so some needs to go in a baking dish.
  8. My dad tweaked this recipe over the years to be 2 pounds hamburger and 1 pound pork sausage (with no liver). He liked a whole bunch of celery but only 1 onion. Always raisins to sweeten the stuffing.
