Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut slit down back of shrimp 1-inch long and about 1/2-inch deep.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Put onion,watercress and garlic in bowl.
  4. Add crackers, butter, lemon juice, and steak sauce.
  5. Place stuffing into slit on shrimp and wrap tightly with bacon strip.
  6. Place in baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F.
  8. Until bacon is browned, about 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
  9. Serve as appetizer with spicy cocktail sauce and lemon wedges or as a main dish.
