Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 4 medium green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 700 ml tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef, chopped onion and rice along with 3/4 c sauce and browned meat. Cut peppers in half length wise and clean. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Place in a casserole dish and cover with remaining sauce. Use spices or herbs to taste. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hr or until meat reaches 170'.
