Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice and Core peppers, place in baking dish.
  2. Cook rice and add rice and seasonings to raw turkey meat.
  3. Form balls and place in pepper hulls.
  4. Flatten each whole tomato with your fork.
  5. Top each pepper with tomato
  6. Top with a thick slice of cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour, or until meat is no longer pink and cheese is brown and bubbly.
  8. If you prefer less done cheese, top after 45 minutes in the oven.
