Ingredients:

  • 1 7/10 bacon (5 slices)

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon, reserving one tbsp. grease.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms, saving four.
  3. Dice four stems and onion, saute in bacon grease until tender. Mix with cream cheese.
  4. Stuff mushrooms with mixture, bake at 350 10-15 minutes and broil until tops brown.
