  1. Wash the peppers and split in half remove the seeds the heat is in the membraneso leave it in
  2. Combine the sausage pepperoni and cheese
  3. Stuff each half of the peppers place in a baking dish
  4. Top with saucebake in a preheated 375 degree oven till done
  5. I like to top them with a little pecorino romano cheese before serving.
