Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl whisk together your half and half, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Slice your bananas into 8 pieces each, leaving you with 16 pieces.
  3. Begin to spread about 1/2 tablespoon or more of peanut butter onto the 8 slices of bread and then top 4 of those slices with 4 pieces of the bananas each. Assemble the sandwiches.
  4. Now dredge your stuffed bread into the egg mixture.
  5. Spray your pan with cooking spray.
  6. Fry in a pan until golden brown & toasty.
  7. Serve with powdered sugar on top and some strawberries and maple syrup if you choose!
