Stuff Your Baked Potato

Ingredients:

  • 1 large baking potato
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash, prick and microwave potato until cooked.
  2. Squeeze potato open and mash down to allow for toppings.
  3. Add butter and salt and pepper.
  4. Top with sour cream.
  5. Add your add on's.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Top with extra sour cream if desired.
  9. These get very hot so please let them cool down before eating !

  11. Taco meat or chicken, jalapenos, salsa, mexican cheese.
  12. My favorite:.
  13. Diced deli ham, cooked broccoli, black olives, carmalized onions, cheddar cheese.
  14. Pizza:.
  15. Pepperoni slices, black olives, mushrooms, mozz. and cheddar cheese.
